Pork chops with cranberry orange sauce

8 thin, center cut pork chops seasoned with seasoned salt or cook’s choice

Brown chops in cast iron skillet with some oil on medium heat, 2-3 minutes per side

Move chops to a plate

Add 1-2 Tbsp bourbon to the pan and deglaze

Reduce heat to medium/low

Add 1 C cranberry sauce with the cranberries

2 Tbsp Brown sugar

Zest and juice of 4 oranges


Blend sauce ingredients and simmer for 2-3 minutes, season with salt and pepper

Return chops to pan with sauce and simmer until chops are fully cooked. This will depend on the thickness.
